To engage with consumers on social media, I worked with Teriyaki Madness to host a menu tasting event for foodie influencers in the Houston market, resulting in social media posts sharing details regarding the grand opening and photos of the menu items. To capitalize on the growing popularity of podcasts and radio show, we secured an NPR Radio interview with Chilean director Pablo Larraín to increase awareness among film-aficionados of the theatrical releases for his films, Jackie and Neruda. To increase awareness amongst tourists of The Spice & Tea Exchange of Gatlinburg, I secured a placement on a local tourism website highlighting what the specialty store has to offer with a slideshow of images showcasing the store, product, and ribbon-cutting.
